We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, lighters, coins).

4. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in handling all laundry, Albert Pike Laundromat is not liable for:

• Normal wear and tear, shrinkage, color fading, or slight damages during standard laundering

• Lost or damaged items unless caused by gross negligence on our part

• Losses due to misuse of equipment by customers in self-service areas

For any claims, customers must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

All services must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for machine malfunctions or service errors.
